Refund policy
Unfortunately, because all of the clothes are custom-made, I cannot accept refunded items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receiving the order) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Canceling Orders
Due to all items being custom and made to order, cancelations must be sent within 24 hours of the order being placed.
